Reunier gives private groups one clear place for dates, places, deadlines and participation. It is not a social network or another group chat: keep the conversation wherever your group already talks.

Reunier is designed for groups that need structured coordination, including families, friends, neighbors, teams, classes and clubs. It does not decide how a group must use the tool or try to introduce people to one another.

One person creates a private room and shares an invitation. Owners and moderators organize events; every member joins with a name used only inside that room. There is no public room directory.

Create and verify your account, open Rooms, choose a display name for yourself in that room, and select an available capacity. A free room supports up to 10 members; the creation screen and Pricing page show whether larger paid rooms are currently available.

The owner enables joining and shares an invite link or the room identifier and, when configured, its password. Invite links return new users to the join dialog after sign-in or registration and can open the installed mobile app when supported. Each participant chooses a display name for that room.

The invitation opens the app when available or the browser otherwise. Before joining, it shows only a limited preview: the event title, description, type, schedule and participation deadline. After a short sign-in, the same link can join the private room with a room display name and continue directly to the event.

Time, place, participation deadline, participation choices and the organizer’s current important note stay on one page. If essential details change, interested people see one concise update instead of a trail of edits.

Yes. Start voice creation from a room or inside the event wizard and speak in English or Spanish. Reunier turns the recognized title, type, start and, when stated clearly, end time, deadline and location into a draft that you review before creating. Polls, recurrence and other optional planning choices stay in the wizard. Google Assistant can open voice creation on Android; Siri can collect event details and pass them to Reunier for review on iOS.

Participating tells the organizer to count you and can include adults, children, a poll answer, an organizer-defined status, other choices or a short comment. Following keeps you informed without counting you as a participant.

Each room has one permanent owner, any number of moderators and members. The owner manages the room and roles and can allow members to extend paid access. Owners and moderators can create events, but each organizer can change or cancel only events they created.

No. Function availability does not depend on the plan. The room tier only affects capacity and its access period. What each person may manage still depends on their room role and, for an existing event, whether they authored it.

You can use an email address and password. Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple are also available where supported. Provider sign-in is optional and verifies the address supplied to Reunier. If you choose Apple's Hide My Email, Reunier receives only Apple's private relay address.

No. You can join a room, follow an event and participate without verifying a classic email address. Verification is required when you create your own room, make a room payment or confirm certain security-sensitive actions. Google and Apple identities are already treated as verified.

No feed, streaks, recommendations or engagement reminders. Reunier sends practical room and event updates, and you control notifications globally and per room. The goal is less time in the app, not more.

Yes, optionally. Connect Google Calendar from your profile or Apple Calendar in the iOS app. Reunier copies only events you join—not events you merely follow—and never imports your existing calendar.

No. Rooms are for their members, accounts are not searchable public profiles, and your email is not shown to other users. Members only see the coordination information shared inside rooms they belong to.

Yes. A regular verified address can be hidden and will appear as ****@domain in your profile. Hiding is immediate, while revealing it again requires confirmation through a link sent to that address. An Apple private relay address is already privacy-protected by Apple, so Reunier does not offer separate hide or reveal controls for it.

Yes. The free tier is not a trial: each account can create up to three rooms with 10 members each, with the core features included. Larger paid rooms, when offered, use explicitly purchased access periods rather than automatic renewal.

No. Reunier uses explicit room access periods instead of automatic subscriptions. A one-time payment or a matching voucher adds a selected number of 30-day periods.

A voucher is a transferable, single-use gift code for a specific paid room size and 1, 3, 6 or 12 access periods. It does not expire and is not a discount or payment. The first person to redeem it can create a matching room, extend their own matching room, or extend a matching room they belong to when its owner allows member extensions.

The room owner pays by default and may allow any room member to extend access with a one-time purchase or a matching voucher. Paying or redeeming a voucher does not grant ownership or management permissions.

The room is no longer treated as currently paid and paid-room operations may be restricted. There is no automatic charge. The owner or an authorized member can explicitly add another access period.

Web purchases are processed through Stripe. On iOS and Android, purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat coordinates purchase validation across platforms.

Contact support with your account and transaction details. App Store refund requests are decided by Apple; Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play; web purchases are handled through the web payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Report a room, event or participant from its own context so the report includes the minimum useful snapshot. You can review its status, the team reply and your follow-up messages in Profile. For general access or technical help, use the Support page.

Closing is reversible and keeps the room, members, events and settings. Permanent deletion is available only to the owner, requires email confirmation and starts a 7-day period that can be cancelled. The room remains viewable during that period, but no new events can be created.

Request deletion from profile settings. Reunier schedules deletion seven days later, and you can cancel during that grace period. Some payment, voucher-grant, security or legal records may be retained or de-identified as explained in the Privacy Policy.
