UpdateReunier 1.6

Patch — September 5, 2026

Reunier 1.6 keeps getting better. This update introduces a flexible way to gift room access and fixes several issues found during testing on real Android devices. What’s new: • Transferable vouchers. A voucher is a single-use gift code for a paid room of 25, 50 or 100 members and grants 1, 3, 6 or 12 access periods. Vouchers do not expire and are not discounts or payments. • Flexible redemption. A voucher can create a new room of the matching size or extend an existing matching room. Room owners may also allow members to add access periods through a payment or voucher without granting them management permissions. • More reliable voice creation on Android. Voice recognition now starts more consistently when creating event drafts in English or Spanish. • A smoother Android experience. Login and registration forms use space more efficiently, the date picker fits the screen better, the splash screen scales correctly, and returning from event details no longer shows a false “event unavailable” message. • Clearer event participation. The unnecessary “View participation” action has been removed from the participant view. • Cleaner room details. Sidebar actions now have a calmer and more consistent visual hierarchy. • Better reliability. Reunier can coordinate multiple backend instances, share request limits correctly and show clearer messages when an action is temporarily limited. • Updated terminology and information. Gift codes are now consistently called vouchers in English and Spanish. Help, Pricing, legal information and public product pages have also been updated.

Beta 1.6 — Create events with your voice

The main feature of Beta 1.6 is voice-assisted event drafting. Describe the essential event details in English or Spanish. Reunier recognizes the room, event type, title, date and time. It can also pick up an end time, location and participation deadline when they are clearly stated. Reunier then prepares a structured draft for review—nothing is published without the organizer’s confirmation. Voice creation is available directly from a room and inside the event creation wizard. On supported phones, it can also be started through Siri or Google Assistant. Advanced event options remain in the regular wizard to keep voice creation reliable and predictable. Also in this update: - A redesigned event creation flow with saved drafts, clearly marked required fields and a new completion screen. - Required actions remain unavailable until the necessary information has been entered. - Faster event actions, easier invitation sharing and the ability to open event locations in the phone’s maps app. - Event invitations now use artwork matching the event type. - Full-screen, touch-friendly mobile navigation and more compact mobile forms and dialogs. - Success and error messages now appear in a safer position on mobile devices. - Report statuses are visible, and completed reports can no longer receive replies. - Room member role changes and removal work correctly again. - Additional interface, search identity and stability improvements.

UpdateReunier 1.4

Patch — August 26, 2026

We’ve released a substantial polish and reliability patch for Beta 1.4. Google Calendar connection is now more reliable and requests only the permission Reunier needs to add subscribed events. Sign-in is more stable across navigation and page reloads, especially on mobile and during temporary connection issues. Pages, expandable sections and dialogs now open and close more smoothly. Rooms and Profile are easier to find in the header, while returning from an event to its room is clearer on smaller screens. Public, support and legal pages have been refreshed with clearer information and more consistent translations.

Beta 1.4 — Your plans, beyond Reunier

Beta 1.4 makes Reunier more useful outside the app while keeping coordination private and focused. GOOGLE CALENDAR You can now optionally connect Google Calendar from your profile. Reunier creates a separate calendar and synchronizes only events you have actually subscribed to. • Following an event does not add it to your calendar. • Event time, optional end time, location and a link back to Reunier stay synchronized. • Leaving an event removes its calendar copy. • Disconnecting the integration attempts to remove the dedicated Reunier calendar and revoke access. • Reunier cannot read your existing calendars, events, contacts, availability or attendee lists. • When an event is successfully synchronized, Reunier may omit a duplicate start reminder. Notifications for events you only follow are not affected. RELIABILITY AND SECURITY • Fixed Google sign-in session persistence on mobile devices. • Improved Calendar connection, reconnection and synchronization recovery. • Calendar access is requested separately from Google sign-in and uses only the permission needed to manage the calendar created by Reunier. • OAuth credentials are stored encrypted. • Database backup, encryption, verification and recovery procedures have been strengthened. • Project dependencies were reviewed and safely updated. CLEARER FORMS AND ERRORS • Added stronger validation for email addresses, passwords, recovery data, rooms, events and participation forms. • Field length limits are now checked before submission. • Error messages explain what the user can do next without exposing internal system details. • English and Spanish translations were audited for missing or unused entries. PUBLIC INFORMATION The landing page, About, Pricing, FAQ, Support, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and account deletion instructions now describe the current Beta more accurately. They include clearer explanations of: • Google Calendar and the data shared with Google. • Following compared with subscribing to an event. • Reports, support replies and contextual safety reports. • Closing and permanently deleting a room. • Account deletion and the seven-day cancellation period. • Current free-room limits and the availability of paid features. • Reunier’s private, coordination-first approach. Reunier remains a tool to help groups reach a practical result with less time spent inside the app — without public profiles, feeds, discovery mechanics or unnecessary engagement features.
